        Essential Guide to Yoga

        If you’re thinking of starting Yoga, it’s entirely normal that you may be apprehensive. No matter whether you’re in great physical shape or you want to use Yoga to help you become pain or stress-free, you’re right to plan your start in Yogo.

        Getting Started with Yoga

        The golden rules for Yoga are to start slowly and be guided by what your body tells you. If you’ve never done Yoga before and are unsure about whether Yoga is for you - don’t feel intimidated.

        Yoga is a great way to keep healthy, look good, feel good and help you sleep better. Remember Yoga can be done anytime and anywhere. You will need to feel comfortable, so wear some loose fitting clothes and use a nonslip yoga mat or a towel will be fine.

        When to do Yoga

        Yoga in the morning can be an excellent way getting your mind and body working together and Yoga breathing in the evening will help you relax and sleep better.

        Remember start slowly and with easy poses before moving onto to the more difficult exercises. Stop if you feel pain and give youerself time in between exercises - this will help you when you are starting out. If you can find time do exercises daily and keep them to about 15 minutes of exercises and 15 minutes of breathing.

        It’s crucial to listen to your body to get the best benefits from every Yoga session. With the right approach, even after your first session you can expect to leave with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
