    Why not try

The Physio Centres relieves pain using techniques like Joint Manipulation and Mobilisation, Muscle & Soft Tissue Myofascial Release and Acupuncture. Our treatments have been scientifically validated to help a range of problems from spinal pain and injury, to enhancement of your sporting performance.

We’ve collected a group of Therapists with international experience who will get under your skin to explain, treat and relieve your problem. No mysteries, not even with the tricky things. It is all about you…we take pains to keep learning all the new stuff (there’s a lot of it), and work like crazy to get you smiling. Each of our Therapists has bags and bags of knowledge – this means we can get you back to normal activities and sport fast.

What can I expect when I come to the clinic?

The origin of your pain often begins gradually and to prevent it from recurring, we need to fully examine and understand your body – plus the stresses and strains that you go through. Your first session is longer, as it includes a comprehensive assessment to determine the cause of your problem as well as planning your treatment programme.

Most sessions you have will be varied, as the effect of each different treatment is continually assessed so we get the best individual fit for you. People usually improve faster when we use a variety of techniques and treatments.

    How much will this cost?

Everyone is different and so are your needs. Depending on your assessment, you may need just 2 or 3 sessions and for more long standing and complex problems you may need several treatments. Once you are pain-free, you should come for check-ups every 6 months/yearly to pick up problems early and make sure they stay away, just like you do with your dentist.

Cost for treament are available for single to multiple sessions.
