    The way we treat you

    We’ll accurately assess your wrist and hand issue to identify and correct imbalances and stress on tissues. We’ll create a programme of treatment that increases mobility, flexibility and stability as well as reducing pain. We can provide taping and bracing to support your injury or muscle relaxation through massage and, or dry needling (acupuncture). In short, we’ll work to identify the cause of your problem and then put together the best possible treatment package to get you back to being pain and injury free in the shortest time possible.
