At the Physio Centres we take all our classes seriously. No matter whether you’re coming along for a one-to-one Pilates or a group yoga session, you can expect a great welcome as well as a great result.
We go the extra mile to make sure you get to attend the best class for you. One of our physiotherapists will assess you before you start our classes. This lets you tell us where it hurts or what your goals are and we can identify any postural or pain relatated problems to help you get better faster.
Our Clinical Pilates classes are run by physiotherapists,so we can mointor your progress and help you resolve your symptoms. The clinical classes have a maximum of 4 people so that our therapists can tailor your session to your individual problem. These classes are great for people recovering from back pain, new to exercise or have specific needs or goals.
Tone and Shape classes do what they say. Targeting your abdominal, gluteal and deep core stabilisers these classes are useful for maintaining and progressing your strength and conditioning needs. These one hour mat classes are a full body workout using the key principles of pilates. Equipment is also used to challenge your core to maximise results.
Short on time? The Lunchtime Blitz is the solution for you. 45 minutes long, these classes are a great way to fit a work-out into your busy schedule.
Our yoga classes are aimed at correcting alignment, particularly in the pelvis and spine as well as stretching and strengthening all muscle groups.
All class teachers can be booked for one to one sessions, for extra attention should you need that or as a boost to achieve your sporting or physical goals.
